Mat Preparatory Course - Fundamentals & Basics | Beginner level of mat - 2 consecutive days intensive course (total 12 hours).

Do you want to become a Pilates teacher or are you already one and do you want to deepen your knowledge and teaching?

Memento Bodyworks | Marjon van Grunsven has been organizing teacher courses, refresher courses and training courses according to the 'Classical' Pilates Method since 2004. This means that 'the method is passed on in the way Joseph Hubertus Pilates conceived it, including the extensions of the past 100 years'.

In September a new small group will start again for the fundamentals and basic module on the mat.

A month earlier, in August, all 34 authentic exercises of the Mat are on the program in the 'Follow-up training'. (See further on the Event page)
